How to sync a user-type database in an incidentGo to settings

Enter the template management module
a. From the general settings

b. Or from the dropdown in the main view

Select the template where you want to sync the database

Once you're in, find the field to sync it

To edit the field, click the pencil icon on the right

The field should be in “User” mode. Select a database from the “Connect to a dynamic database” button

Save the settings

Tip: Always check that the database is complete and up to date before syncing it with the template. Any changes you make in the database will be reflected automatically in all new issues that use that field, making it easy and quick to update the info. Old issues won't be affected, so you keep an accurate record of previously logged data.
