How to sync a text-type database in an incidentGo to settings

Enter the template management module
a. From general settings

b. Or from the dropdown in the main view

Pick the template where you want to sync the database

Once inside, find the field where you need to sync it

To be able to edit the field, hit the pencil icon on the right

Choose a database from the “Connect to a dynamic database” button

Save the settings

Tip: Always check that the database is complete and up to date before syncing it with the template. Any changes made to the database will be automatically reflected in all new cases that use that field, which makes it quick and easy to update the information. Old cases won't be affected, so you'll keep an accurate record of previously logged data.
IMPORTANT DATA
Always make sure the issue field is a Selectable / Multiple selectable / Autocomplete / Multiple autocomplete.

Whenever it’s in CREATION:

Select if you want to hide the search bar or have them show up as tags.
